About the Teaming for Equity Institute
This two-day institute supports teams to deepen their understanding of the complexities of equity, engage in structured collaboration and teaming opportunities that foster psychological safety, and identify next steps that align to your school, district, or institution’s equity initiatives. Your team will leave with goals and actionable next steps.
Participants examine their individual, team, and organizational culture and practices through a lens of equity and build partnerships and alliances to advance equity work. Participants will:
