In the Equity Leadership Institute, current and aspiring leaders learn to adopt liberatory mindsets, identify and remove barriers, build more effective, productive teams, and redesign equitable organizations and programs focused on students.
About the Equity Leadership Institute
This two-day institute supports teams to deepen their understanding of the complexities of equity and equity-conscious leadership, identify next steps that align to identified equity initiatives, and act on what matters.
Participants examine their individual, team, and organizational culture and practices through a lens of equity and build partnerships and alliances to advance equity work. Participants will:
